Biography
James R. Christie is Mayor of the City of Bridgeport, and a duly licensed and practicing attorney for over thirty-two (32) years. He is further an owner and Vice President of Comvest Ltd., Inc., a municipal leasing and finance company. He has extensive experience in tax-exempt financing, including serving for the past 22 years as Chairman of the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority, and working with cities and counties throughout the State of West Virginia. His background and past services include: (a) General Counsel for Grafton Coal Company; (b) Deputy Secretary of Commerce, Labor and Environmental Resources, State of West Virginia, under Governor Gaston Caperton; (c) Director, Governor’s Office of Community and Industrial Development, State of West Virginia; (d) Chairman of the West Virginia EDA; (e) Member and President of the Harrison County Board of Education; (f) President of the Harrison County YMCA for seven years; and (g) President of the Bridgeport Little League for two years. Mr. Christie has two sons, one daughter, one step-son and one step-daughter.

Biography
Jack H. Hartley, Vice Chairman of the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority has served on the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Board for 16 years. He was born February 6, 1926 in Middleport, Meigs County Ohio. He attended Kanawha County Schools graduated form Dupont High School in May 1943. From June 1943 until April 1946 he was enlisted in the U.S. Navy Service in the Pacific Theater of War, World War II. From 1946 through 1948 he attended Morris Harvey College and West Virginia University. In 1948 he reentered the U.S. Navy Flight Training Program as an Aviation Cadet Candidate. In 1949 Until January 1951 he was in the Navy Flight Training Program. In 1951 he was designated a Naval Aviator and Commissioned Ensign U.S. Navy. From February 1951 until March 1973 he served in Active duty in various aviation billets. In 1951 he married Jean Ann Board. In March 1962 he graduated from the Navy Postgraduate School in Monterey, California with a Bachelor of Science degree and in 1970 he graduated from Postgraduate School with a Masters Degree in Business Management. In 1973 he Retired form the Navy and in 1988 was employed by the West Virginia State Health Department and became the Director of Administration and Oversight until he retired. In 1990 He was appointed to the Board of the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority. Jack and Jean Hartley are the parents of two children Susan Jane Hartley Butler and James Douglas Hartley and they have four grandchildren.

Biography
Dave Williams, CFP is the Executive Vice President of Lanham O'Dell & Company, Inc. and has been with the firm since 1987.
Dave has been responsible for the management of company operations and compliance while serving on the investment committee. Born and raised in Elkins, West Virginia, he has lived and worked in Randolph and Pocahontas County providing products and services to the expanding ski industry in the 1970's and 80's. He has lived in Charleston West Virginia and served the Governor's Office on two occasions as well as having worked in Gubernatorial and Congressional campaigns. Dave has been active in Community Development serving as President of the Tri County YMCA Board of Directors and as an officer on the Putnam County Rotary Club Board of Directors. He is currently a member of the education committee of the Contractors Association of West Virginia.
Dave graduated from Lynchberg College, Lynchberg, VA in 1973, and has received his Certified Financial Planner designation from the College of Financial Planning, in Denver Colorado as well as NASD Series 7 and 65 Securities designations through the Investment Training Institute.

Tara L. Buckner is the Director of Internal Control/Policy Development for the Department of Health and Human Resources. She has been with the Department for nearly 12 years. She is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Marshall University. Mrs. Buckner has served on the Board of the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority since February 2006. She resides with her husband and two children in Cross Lanes, West Virginia.
